For this new season 2018, we have prepared a detailed menu that spotlights an authentic cuisine starring the most intense flavours. All dishes are based on diverse traditional recipes into which the kitchen team has distilled all their knowledge, imprinting their signature style.

All our products are of high quality, allowing the creation of artfully presented dishes with unique tastes and distinct personalities.

 

At La Casa del Estanque, we have opted for reinterpreting the most popular recipes. The menu consists of more than 40 dishes to choose from, all of them representing a “renewed tradition”.

 

We could highlight incomparable dishes like the cured pork loin croquettes, where flavour and texture are the most important elements, or the goat cheese millefeuille with foie gras mi-cuit on a carrot cake, which will delight your senses.

We cannot forget our peculiar nigiris. As our team explains, “you will be able to choose between the pork rind nigiri, the ox nigiri wigh foie gras flambé and the butterfish nigiri.
